After the successful release of Dabangg and Dabagg 2,Salman is ready to bring Dabangg 3 for his fans. It was heard, all this while Salman was yet to decide who will be directing his film. Unlike last time, it won’t be directed by Arbaaz Khan.

A source close to Salman revealed, “Arbaaz wiped his hands off the franchise after directing the second installment. In fact, he was not supposed to direct the second Dabangg film either. Arbaaz came on board only after there was fallout with the original director Abhinav Kashyap.”

The Prabhu-Salman Bond

  • Prabhudeva had given Salman Khan a major career boost with his debut Bollywood directorial ‘Wanted’.
  • It’s also said that Prabhudeva knows Dabangg Khan much more closely than other director.
  • Prabhudeva confirmed the news saying, “I will do any film that Salman sir asks me to.  Nobody says no to him.”
  • The actor has since been on a high, with every film of his being a trendsetter.
  • While Salman is confirmed to return for ‘Wanted 2,’ the latest news doing the rounds is that Salman’s highly anticipated ‘Dabangg 3’ will be helmed by Prabhu himself.
  • The first instalment was directed by Abhinav Kashyap and second by Arbaaz Khan, who also acted in the franchise.
  • After the release of ‘Tubelight,’ directed by Kabir Khan, Salman resumed the shoot of Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Tiger Zinda Hai,’.
  • Consequently it is a sequel to Kabir’s blockbuster film, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.
  • Salman will then join the sets of Remo D’Souza’s yet to be titled dance based film. He’s expected to commence ‘Dabangg 3’ post that venture.

One can barely wait for the explosive combination of Prabhu and Salman to recreate their magic on-screen.
